Our office staff will help verify if your insurance provider covers your teletherapy sessions. We’ll schedule your appointment for a date and time that meets your specific needs. At the time of your appointment, you’ll use your tablet, computer, or smartphone to log into your session.

Is teletherapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Absolutely! Research indicates virtual mental health care is just as effective as in-person therapy sessions. However, for teletherapy to be effective, the participant needs to dedicate a specific time, in a quiet space, free of interruption or distraction.
